I have a height adjustable dual cable machine. I set the height at about level to my height. I use the included lanyard and hook in front then back then side to side. With the weight stack there is smooth constant tension. I love it.

Really moves around on the head. Got it as tight as possible, but still a lot of movement with both isometrics and rotations.
I really like the range of motion I can use with this. I particularly like being able to conduct neck turns. The only down side of the Iron Neck Alpha Plus is the chin strap is thin. It pushes in on my Adams' apple.

I love the alpha harness with the exception of the thin chin strap. A thick chin strap would be better. It doesn't cup my chin, and it will push into my neck, right above my Adams apple. Otherwise, I like the versatility.
This is a well made piece of equipment. The only drawback is the thin chin strap. I wish it was thicker and padded. I’ll have to configure a way to make a chin cover.
I really like the harness but it's a bit loose. I can't tighten it anymore because of the padding on the inside. Any help would be appreciated!
I would love it more, if it had a strap that cradled the occipital portion of the cranium.
I had C5-6 disc replacement surgery 8 months ago and needed a rehabilitation device that would help me rebuild the strength in my neck safely. So far so good with the Iron Neck. . . after two weeks of use I can already feel a noticeable difference in my neck strength and range of motion. I've also noticed less neck pain in the morning.

Very poor product quality. It should cost $39. 99, not $700. Looks like it has smooth joints in the halo, it's not. Cheap plastic, and all you hear when you move is the cheap plastic grind in the halo. The company clearly hides bad reviews. I can't believe Joe Rogan has any association to this product. I don't think it's possible to have to have . ade a cheaper chin strap. It should be like a football helmet, instead it's like a shoe lace.

For what it is, the price is insane. I like the product, but it's just a plastic headgear with bungee cords. Its advertised as a rehab gear, but I guess they need to make bank off of broken and hurt people.

I’ve just used bands for neck work in the past and wondered about spending that kind of money on a neck device - after working out with this a couple of times, I believe the value is well worth it. Safer and more effective. The device is engineered to fit any head shape or size, which is good because getting the fit right is key to making this work as designed. Only caveat: be prepared to spend a little trial-and-error time getting the fit set up correctly out of the box. Overall: great purchase.
