PT introduced me to Iron Neck while treating my cervical radiculopathy. Great from the beginning. Easing into it gently to avoid neck strain. My go to for strengthening my neck after stretching.

I purchased this on September 16th and it still hasn't been delivered. For such an expensive item I thought being delivered by courier it would have made by now which it's been a month. Sure hope it comes.
I started using the Rehab Kit Pro 3 one month ago, and I’ve never tried to exceed my limits. My verdict is that it is a great tool for my body, and I think it’s a journey I will continue.
Still have not gotten a smooth feel when using. It’s glitchy when turning my head. And feels like the helmet is going to pop off.
Can’t seem to get it right. Probably doing damage then building muscle
Not happy yet. Having a hard time with the helmet. It rocks back and forth when I’m turning my head. It’s not smooth. My head also rolls up when I pass the resistance band and then comes back down at the end of the turn.

It’s a little awkward to use. It’d be nice to have a sheet included in the box with a few exercises how to use it vs having to go online. Also, I feel for the price, subscription to exercises should be free- for at least 6 months. I am a little worried with the quality as when using it I feel like the plastic head piece is going to break- and then give me whiplash.

After 2 major car accidents and 3 years rehabbing/decompressing my neck and shoulders, Im already seeing positive results in strengthening and reducing pain from these injuries.
So far I like training with the device. Is a bit awkward to get used to wearing, but like most things, time using it helps with feeling confident.

For what it is, the price is insane. I like the product, but it's just a plastic headgear with bungee cords. Its advertised as a rehab gear, but I guess they need to make bank off of broken and hurt people.

I thought for the price and reviews the quality of this product was going to be a lot more high spec. But I am a little disappointed mainly due to the price and quality not aligning
I recently had neck surgery. My physical therapist was so impressed with how quickly my neck movement was progressing that he asked me to bring my Iron Neck with me to an appointment so he could check it out. Iron Neck has been well worth the expense and is helping me to not just recover, but to strengthen to prevent future injury more that I would have been able to, even with PT.
So far, I’ve had some issues with my clients with the iron neck. I’ve only had one that I could actually securely lock the device on their head without it falling over their eyes or hurting them. I think it seems to be designed specifically for certain head types I think the device has a lot of potential, but the foam inserts are made for select few of people with those hedge sizes and shapes for women with long hair does not seem to work too well for them. Maybe I’m doing something wrong but I’ve watched multiple videos trying to figure out what I’m doing wrong and I follow everything step-by-step how I’m told to do For me personally the device seems to be working really well. My head fits perfectly and I am able to do all the motions and I can really start to feel difference but if you’re buying this for your clientele that you’re gonna have issue with different shapes and sizes.

The exercises are great, however the access is not. An APP for IOS and Android would be better. Alteratively a member only access on Youtube would also work. Having to log in on a browser and then search for the training video to watch is time consuming to do 3 times a week.
My Neck was the weakest part of my body! NOT ANYMORE!!!
Just had a practice for u12football. Have a parent that is physical therapy dr of 23years. The parents do not want me training their kids with device because Iam not licensed or have a degree of pt or certified trainer. Parents made it clear to return since they prefer other methods of strengthening the neck. That parent did a presentation for strengthening the neck. So Iam out of words to argue the machine works but hard for me to sell the device today. May need to return with in 30days soon sorry. Just don’t want to get a law suit with an angry California parent
Definitely a great addition to my Iron Neck Kit. The 20 pound band that my Iron Neck came with was a little bit too much resistance to start out at. I'm looking forward to using the 5lb and 10lb bands to build up more strength and range of motion. My neck is feeling a little stronger already :)
Works better than expected.
This was my second purchase but The product hasn’t arrived due to customs, you really should investigate and manage better before taking an order. Disclaimers cover your backs but at the customer’s expense. I’ve reached out for help twice with next to no help, not good enough and really bad form against the brand
